Job summary

Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, Ankleshwar, is seeking a Store/Inventory Clerk to manage receipt of raw materials, verify documents, and ensure correct labeling, quarantine, and status of materials.

You will issue materials to production via SAP/ERP using FIFO/FEFO principles, perform SAP GRN and stock adjustments, and conduct regular stock verification. Coordinate with QA for sampling and release of materials.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials and verify quantity and documentation against Purchase Orders and GRNs.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, quarantine, approved, and rejected status of materials.
• Maintain material storage as per GMP, GDP, and SOP requirements.
• Issue raw materials to production through SAP/ERP following FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Perform SAP transactions for GRN, material issuance, stock transfer, and inventory adjustments.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Procurement to maintain optimum stock.
• Maintain bin cards, stock registers, movement records, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with QA for material sampling, release, and handling of rejected or expired materials.
