Job summary

Lupin in Goa, Panaji seeks a Warehouse Technician to ensure the smooth receipt, storage and dispensing of Raw and Packing Materials in line with cGMP and SAP-driven processes.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, a graduation in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry, and strict adherence to SOPs, training completion, and documentation accuracy to support daily warehouse operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Comply with cGMP, GxP or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements.
• Complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of the activities to be conducted prior to undertaking any task.
• Conduct all tasks/ activities as per the applicable SOPs. Report any difficulty or deviation in following the procedures/instructions to immediate Supervisor/Managers.
• Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to Supervisors/ Managers.
• Responsible to complete the assigned trainings applicable for workgroup “Warehouse-Raw And Packing Materials-GOA” in the L2LMS ("SABA").
• Responsible for review and updation of online documentation in Warehouse as per SOP.
• Responsible for receipt, dispensing of Raw and Packing Materials as per SOP.
• Responsible for prevent damage of equipment and area in the Warehouse.
• Responsible for arrangement and transfer of material and online bin location updation in SAP.
• Responsible for calibration of weighing balances as per SOP.
• Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of Raw and Packing Material Warehouse areas.
• Responsible for monitoring of storage conditions in Warehouse as per SOP.
• Responsible for physical stock verification in Warehouse’.

Responsibilities
