Job summary

Jobskey Consultancy invites applications for a Junior Lead – EUC to drive enterprise endpoint management and modern workplace initiatives. The role focuses on Windows 11 Imaging, Autopilot, MDT, DISM, and MDM, with hands-on SCCM and Intune experience. Hybrid work is offered with rotation shifts and two virtual interview rounds.

The candidate will mentor junior engineers, collaborate across IT teams, and lead EUC deployments in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of EUC experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong expertise in Windows 11 Imaging, Autopilot, MDT and DISM.
• Hands-on Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager and MDM experience.
• Experience in Application Packaging & Deployment.
• Strong knowledge of SCCM, Intune and endpoint management tech.
• Experience with Patch My PC, patching, remediation and compliance.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise End User Computing operations.
• Manage Windows 11 Imaging, Autopilot, MDT, and DISM deployments.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager and MDM environments.
• Handle packaging, deployment and lifecycle management using SCCM and Intune.
• Manage endpoint patching and software updates using Patch My PC.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues and ensure high system availability and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Security and Applications teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements.
