Are you an experienced EUC (End User Computing) professional ready to take the next step into a leadership role? We are looking for a Junior Lead – EUC to drive endpoint management, modern workplace solutions, and enterprise device deployment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support enterprise End User Computing operations
• Manage Windows 11 Imaging, Autopilot, MDT, and DISM deployments
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and MDM environments
• Handle application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management using SCCM and Intune
• Manage endpoint patching and software updates using Patch My PC
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues and ensure high system availability and compliance
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to deliver seamless end‑user support
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements and best practices

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC)
• Strong expertise in Windows 11 Imaging, Autopilot, MDT, and DISM
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Experience in Application Packaging & Deployment
• Strong knowledge of SCCM, Intune, and endpoint management technologies
• Experience with Patch My PC, software patching, remediation, and compliance management
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
