Job summary

Lakshmi Prasanna Constructions is seeking a creative Interior Designer for luxury villa and premium residential projects in India. The role emphasizes space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, and site execution to deliver high-end interiors that meet client expectations.

You will prepare 2D and 3D drawings, create presentation boards, and coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in villa and luxury residential interior design is mandatory.
• 2 to 5 years of experience (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture design, lighting, and material selection.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interior concepts for luxury villas and premium residential projects.
• Prepare space planning, layout plans, furniture plans, and detailed drawings.
• Create 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation boards.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure design quality.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining design standards.

• Prepare space planning, layout plans, furniture plans, and detailed drawings.
