Job summary

Blink Digital is seeking a Junior Visual Designer to craft static creatives and motion-led content for social platforms. You will design for social media, campaigns, and internal comms while ensuring brand consistency across formats.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of visual design experience, solid typography and color skills, and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with video tools like Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in visual design (agency experience preferred).
• Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator; working knowledge of video editing tools.

We are looking for a Junior Visual Designer with strong visual design fundamentals and a keen interest in creating engaging digital content. The role involves designing static and motion-led creatives, with a special focus on Reels and short-form videos for social platforms

On any given day you might,

• Design static creatives for social media, digital campaigns, and internal communication




• Create, edit, and optimize Reels and short-form videos for social platforms




• Adapt creatives across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency




• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life




• Execute concepts basis briefs and refine them based on feedback




• Stay updated with emerging design trends, reel formats, transitions, and platform best practices
