Job summary

Della Group seeks a Graphic Designer to craft engaging visuals for social media, campaigns, websites, and print collateral. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand objectives and branding, delivering assets that elevate the company’s visual identity.

You will design across digital and print formats, ensure accessibility and responsive behavior, and stay updated with trends and AI-powered design tools. Excellent communication and time-management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design (freshers with a strong portfolio may be considered).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design, responsive web design, and accessibility principles.
• Strong knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
• Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, AI-powered design tools, or motion graphics is an added advantage.

• Present design concepts and final artwork to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Coordinate with printers, photographers, illustrators, agencies, and other external vendors to ensure high-quality production.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, software, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices.
