Job summary

TheWebVale is seeking a Junior Full-Stack Developer to help build web features for local businesses, schools, and healthcare clinics. You will work on React user interfaces and Node.js server routes while learning practical engineering standards, paired with senior developers on two-to-three week release cycles.

You will contribute to production codebases that clients own and gain hands-on experience across the full web stack, with remote-first work and a Bhopal studio for hybrid days.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of software development experience or practical coding training.
• Foundational knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and modern CSS3.
• Basic familiarity with React and Node.js server development.
• Basic database concepts in PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Comfort using Git for version control, branching, and pull requests.
• Curious, hardworking, and eager to learn from senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive UI components using React, Next.js, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Write REST API endpoints and database queries under senior guidance.
• Fix bugs across frontend and backend code.
