Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python backend and scripting experience.
• Frontend skills with React and/or Angular.
• Experience with MongoDB and cloud platforms (Azure/OCI).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services is a strong plus.

We are seeking a motivated and technically capable JuniorForward Deployed Engineer to work alongside our customers and seniorFDEs, helping design, build, and ship solutions on top of our platform. This isa hands-on, customer-facing engineering role where you'll get exposure to rapidprototyping, full stack development, and real-world problem-solving as you helpturn customer requirements into production-ready software.

You will support customer engagements alongside more seniorteam members, contributing to integrations, translating requirements intoworking code, and iterating quickly based on customer feedback, while buildingthe skills to run engagements more independently over time.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Deployment & Solutioning

• Workalongside senior FDEs and customers to understand workflows, data, andbusiness goals, and help translate those needs into technical solutionsbuilt on our platform.
• Pythonand React experience is mandatory for building integrations,internal tools, and customer-facing applications.
• Buildand deploy integrations, data pipelines, and workflow automationsusing Java , Python , React , Angular , MongoDB ,and AI/ML integrations , under the guidance of senior teammembers.
• Contributeto rapid prototyping efforts with customers, iterating in tight feedbackloops to move from concept to working demo quickly.
• Supportthe integration of AI/ML capabilities into customerdeployments, including LLM-powered features (OpenAI, Anthropic, oropen-source models), recommendation engines, and automation pipelines.
• Helpdesign and implement RESTfulAPIs, microservices, and cloud-nativecomponents for customer environments.
• Provideday-to-day technical support to customers post-deployment, troubleshootingissues and escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.

Technical Execution & Quality

• Writeclean, well-tested code under real deployment timelines and shiftingrequirements.
• Followand help reinforce testing strategies, CI/CD practices, and DevOpsstandards across deployed solutions.
• Flagtechnical debt, performance bottlenecks, and potential security issues incustomer environments to senior engineers.
• Contributeto reusable components and internal tooling that speed up future customerdeployments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Actas a day-to-day technical point of contact for customers, escalating tosenior FDEs or product management when needed.
• Sharefield learnings and customer feedback with the product team to help informthe roadmap.
• Communicateproject progress and technical updates clearly to both technical andnon-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborateclosely with senior FDEs, product, and engineering to deliver successfulcustomer outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4years of professional software engineering experience; priorexposure to customer-facing, consulting, or solutions engineering work isa plus but not required.
• Solidexperience with Python — back-end services, scripting,automation, and/or data pipeline development.
• Solidfront-end skills in React — component architecture, statemanagement (Redux/Context API), and testing.

OR

• Workingknowledge of Angular — modules, services, RxJS, and SPAdevelopment.
• Abilityto contribute to distributed, cloud-native architectures with guidancefrom senior engineers.
• Someexperience integrating AI/ML services into applications —including LLMs, vector databases, or ML model deployment (e.g., OpenAIAPI, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) — is a strong plus.
• Familiaritywith prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-AugmentedGeneration) concepts is a plus.
• Workingknowledge of MongoDB — schema design, aggregationpipelines, and indexing.
• Familiaritywith cloud platforms (Azure, orOCI), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiaritywith CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions,GitLab CI, etc.) and DevOpsfundamentals.
