Job summary

Emergent Labs is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to work directly with customers across the US and Europe, crafting production-grade applications from plain-language intent. You will prototype rapidly, debug complex issues, and collaborate with product and customer-success teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying web applications or software products.
• Comfortable working with APIs, databases, debugging, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to move quickly, experiment, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience with AI/LLM-based tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers across the US and Europe to understand their technical and business challenges.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on production-grade applications.
• Debug complex issues across applications, integrations, APIs, and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive customer outcomes.
• Own projects end-to-end, from understanding requirements to deployment and iteration.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where speed, ownership, and problem-solving are highly valued.
