Rama Mining Tools Private Limited is seeking a Junior Purchase Executive to assist the Senior Purchase Executive in daily purchase and operational activities. This role emphasizes execution, coordination, documentation, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Management and 1–3 years in purchase or procurement, with proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems. Knowledge of ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and issuance of purchase orders
• Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and delivery status
• Maintain purchase records, vendor data, and documentation
• Coordinate with stores for inward material and stock updates
• Support vendor communication as instructed by the Senior Purchase Executive
• Prepare basic MIS reports and purchase tracking sheets
• Assist in comparing quotations and rate analysis
• Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-up
• Handle routine operational and purchase-related activities
• Ensure proper filing of documents and system updates
