Job summary

Prowood Estimations is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for interior projects in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will take off quantities from drawings, prepare precise BOQs, and compare design BOQs with on-site measurements.

You will estimate quantities and costs of interior materials and labour, prepare quotations and data sheets, set budgets, and produce daily reports for management. This role requires coordination with suppliers and site teams.

JOB Description:

• Taking off quantities from drawings/ plans and prepare precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Compare the ID (Interior Design) BOQ with the actual site quantity (Residential and Commercial).
• Estimate quantities, cost of Interior /Civil materials and labour to determine project feasibility.
• Preparing & sending ID Quotations, BOQs, Technical Data Sheets etc.
• Apply cost efficiency standards in setting the plan.
• Determine Interior Project design specifications, standards, budget and timescales.
• Prepare and follow-up the documentation related to the projects.
• Prepare daily reports and share with Manager/Authority.
