Job summary

Power On Building Contracting Dubai is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to prepare detailed material, labour, equipment, and project cost estimates, review drawings and tender documents.

The role includes quantity take-offs, maintaining rates databases, preparing BOQs, assisting tender submissions, reviewing variations, and keeping records of estimates and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed material, labour, equipment, and project cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.
• Maintain an updated database of material, labour, and subcontractor rates.
• Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for projects.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and submitting bids within deadlines.
• Review variations, additional works, and revised project requirements.
• Maintain proper records of estimates, quotations, and supporting documents.
