Job summary

Unique Consultancy & Management is seeking a maintenance professional to provide equipment maintenance and technical support for gear manufacturing machinery, including Hobbing, Shaping, CNC, and related devices.

The role focuses on inspection, preventive maintenance planning, and troubleshooting, with emphasis on HT Sealed Quench Furnaces, washing machines, tempering equipment, and shot blasting machines. Experience across listed machines is essential.

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance of HT Sealed Quench Furnaces.
Experience with washing machines, tempering equipment, and Shot Blasting Machines.
Experience with CNC machines, Hobbing, Honing, and Shaper machines.

Responsibilities

Provide equipment maintenance and technical support for gear manufacturing equipment.
Carry out equipment inspection and maintenance planning.
Troubleshooting, documentation, and maintenance of HT Sealed Quench Furnaces.
