  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.

To support production operations by ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining quality standards, minimizing downtime, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in planning and executing daily production activities as per schedules
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve machine breakdowns and reduce downtime
  • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
  • Maintain production records, reports, and documentation

AUTHORITY
  • Authority to report and escalation production issues to senior engineers or supervisors
  • Authority to recommend process improvements and corrective actions
  • Limited decision-making authority in day-to-day operational adjustments under supervision
