Job summary

nVent is seeking a detail-focused stores & inventory professional in Bengaluru. You will ensure accurate GRN, maintain precise stock records, and coordinate inward/outward material movements for manufacturing operations. You will work with MS Excel and ERP/SAP tools to support production with timely, error-free material handling.

The role emphasizes 5S, safety, and strong coordination with internal teams and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in handling stores processes in manufacturing.
• Experience with inventory accuracy, material movement, and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/SAP for stock control.

• Competencies Strong coordination and follow-up skills Good communication with customers, vendors, CHA and freight forwarders Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP
• Documentation and record-keeping skills Problem-solving and escalation management
