Job summary

Guidehouse India is seeking a Graduate AR professional to manage NOA submissions, payer follow-ups, and denial management from Chennai. You will document references, ensure compliance with HIPAA, and handle LOAs and corrections to claims while maintaining high first-pass accuracy.

Strong English communication is essential, with willingness to work night shifts and operate across payer channels (portals, EDI, fax, calls). The role offers growth within AR operations of a leading global firm.

Qualifications

• Graduate required with strong English reading and writing skills.

• Detail understanding of AR follow-up and denial management processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Submit NOA and other notifications via payer portals, EDI, fax or calls.
• Perform payer follow-up and timely documentation in the system.
• Handle denials, rejections and LOAs; make corrections to claims as needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
• Document reference numbers and ensure timely NOA timeliness compliance.
• Manage first-pass submission accuracy and denials prevention metrics.
