Guidehouse India seeks an experienced EBO Accounts Receivable leader to oversee a 45–60 FTE team, ensuring productivity, quality, and SLA targets while implementing improvements across the AR lifecycle.

You will monitor workflows, coach staff, drive denial management with Medicare/Medicaid, and collaborate with clients and leadership to stabilize operations. This role requires 12+ years in RCM, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication, with travel up to 25% across India.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 12+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for AR calling in medical billing.
  • Solid knowledge of AR follow-up and denial management processes.
  • NOA skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 45–60 FTEs.
  • Oversee daily operations to meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
  • Monitor workflow, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Set performance goals and manage hiring, coaching, and recognition.
  • Support policy updates, client workflow adherence, and inventory allocation.
  • Resolve queries, review accounts, and deliver training as needed.
  • Drive production and quality performance to expected standards.
  • Identify performance issues and implement improvement plans.
  • Send daily updates on time and lead internal and external calls.
  • Maintain quality standards through RCA/CAPA and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize AR performance through denial resolution and payer trend analysis.
  • Review staffing needs to maintain optimal team capacity.
  • Lead efficiency and defect reduction initiatives with measurable impact.
  • Partner with clients and leadership, lead governance forums, and manage escalations.
  • Drive KPIs, process improvements, and operational stabilization.
  • Promote engagement while managing retention and absenteeism.
  • Apply strong knowledge of Denial Management, including Medicare, Medicaid, ICD, and CPT codes.
  • Participate in project launches and track daily progress during transition.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive team alignment.
  • Work independently while collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Prepare KPI, project requirement, and related reports.
  • Manage day and night teams to ensure seamless hand-offs.
