The Avigna Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Junior Architect to assist in reviewing architectural drawings prepared by consultants and coordinate with internal teams to align designs with company standards and local regulations.

You will support test fitouts, update design documentation, and ensure timely delivery of drawings for statutory approvals and construction release, while developing strong visualization and detailing skills.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of architectural design principles and building regulations.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Google Earth and MS Office
• Good visualization and detailing skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to industrial and warehouse design projects.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist in reviewing architectural drawings and design proposals from consultants.
• Support in aligning designs with company standards, local building regulations, and project objectives.
• Prepare and update test fitouts and layout plans for land evaluation and feasibility studies.
• Help in checking drawings for accuracy and completeness before construction release.
• Assist in maintaining design documentation and tracking design revisions.
• Support the team in compiling drawings and documents required for statutory approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (projects, MEP, business) for design inputs and clarifications.
• Support communication between consultants and internal stakeholders for timely deliverables.
• Contribute to maintaining design consistency and adherence to organizational guidelines.
• Identify and report design gaps or potential risks to the Deputy Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Design Coordination

• Assist in reviewing architectural drawings and design proposals from consultants.
• Support in aligning designs with company standards, local building regulations, and project objectives.

Technical Support

• Prepare and update test fitouts and layout plans for land evaluation and feasibility studies.
• Help in checking drawings for accuracy and completeness before construction release.

Documentation & Compliance
