Sikka Group is seeking a Junior Architect to support architectural planning, design coordination, drawings and execution for residential and commercial real-estate projects across Noida and Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of architectural drawings, design development and coordination with consultants and site teams.

Qualification includes B.Arch and 3–4 years of experience. Salary is in the 6–8 LPA range; no relocation details are provided.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Architect to support the architectural planning, design coordination, drawings and execution of residential and commercial real-estate projects across Noida and Greater Noida. The candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural drawings, design development and coordination with consultants and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and development of architectural plans, working drawings, layouts and detailed drawings .
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants and other project consultants.
• Review drawings and ensure alignment with approved designs, project requirements and site conditions .
• Coordinate with the Construction and Project teams for effective implementation of architectural designs at site.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor architectural works and identify design or execution issues.
• Assist in resolving design discrepancies, technical issues and site-related architectural requirements .
• Prepare and update drawings based on site requirements, revisions and consultant inputs.
• Support the preparation of BOQs, material specifications and architectural documentation .
• Ensure drawings and documentation are properly maintained and updated.
• Assist in coordination related to approvals, statutory requirements and project documentation .
• Monitor architectural finishes, materials and detailing to ensure conformity with approved designs.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide necessary technical inputs.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS Office ; knowledge of Revit will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing and construction practices.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Strong site coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors and internal project teams.
