Qualifications

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and coordinating design details. Responsibilities include assisting with architectural documentation, collaborating with consultants, supporting integration of design and technical solutions, and contributing to presentations and client communications. The role involves participation in site visits, design reviews, and project meetings to help ensure that project requirements, schedules, and quality standards are met. The position offers exposure to multiple project stages, from concept design through construction documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
• Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, and digital workflows.
• Exposure to Project Management principles, including time management, task coordination, and documentation tracking.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and grow within a mentoring‑focused architectural practice.
