Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Chennai. The Junior Architect will support the design process from concept to detailed drawings, including preparing architectural plans, 3D models, and presentation materials. Daily tasks include coordinating with the principal architect, participating in client meetings, assisting in design research, and helping translate design ideas into technical documentation. The role involves collaborating with consultants, tracking project progress, and supporting basic project management activities such as documentation and follow-ups. The Junior Architect will also assist in site visits, design revisions, and integration of interior design elements within architectural projects.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and translate them into drawings.
• Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools, BIM, or digital workflows is an added advantage.
• Basic Project Management abilities, including organization, time management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino) and visualization tools (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign).
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; eligibility for professional registration is a plus.
• Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a studio environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Chennai.
