Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and models.
• Experience or familiarity with Project Management tasks such as basic scheduling, coordination with consultants, and documentation tracking.
• Understanding of Integration between architecture, interiors, and landscape to create cohesive design solutions.
• Working knowledge of relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) and willingness to learn new tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification; eligibility for or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
• Strong visual and spatial design skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow and interpret design guidelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented studio environment.
• Interest in materials, construction techniques, and site coordination; prior internship or junior-level experience in an architecture studio is beneficial.
