Job summary

Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time Junior Architect role in a hybrid work model, with primary responsibilities based in Patna and some flexibility for work from home. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing 2D and 3D design documentation from schematic design through construction details. Daily tasks include coordinating with consultants, assisting in project presentations, contributing to design reviews, and updating project documentation. The role also involves basic project coordination, participating in site visits, and helping ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit,Rhino,Enscape or similar software, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; eligibility or intent to register with relevant professional bodies is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment and independently when required.
• Interest in sustainable design, local building practices, and current architectural trends, particularly within the Indian context.
