Job summary

Role Description

The Junior Architect will support the design and documentation of commercial and residential projects under the guidance of senior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting with concept development, and contributing to design presentations. The role also involves coordinating design details, supporting construction documentation, and participating in site visits as needed to understand project conditions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Borivali, working closely with colleagues to meet project deadlines and maintain design quality. The Junior Architect will collaborate with the team, communicate with internal stakeholders, and help ensure that project work aligns with client requirements and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to support concept development and detailed design work.
• Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools (e.g., BIM, CAD, visualization software) is beneficial.
• Basic Project Management capabilities, including organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and coordinating with team members.
• Proficiency in architectural drafting and 3D modeling software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and ability to interpret design briefs accurately.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn from senior architects and work in an on-site studio environment.
• Interest in sustainable design principles and current architectural trends.
