Role Description

The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects, primarily focusing on concept creation, detailed drawings, and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting senior architects with design presentations, preparing 2D and 3D drawings, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to material selection and specifications. The role involves participating in site visits, recording observations, and helping ensure that designs align with regulatory requirements and client expectations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, where the Junior Architect will collaborate closely with the project team and contribute to studio-wide design initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of working drawings.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural workflows, such as proficiency with design and BIM tools and coordination between different software platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including basic scheduling, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong visualization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; registration with the Council of Architecture or eligibility for registration is preferred.
• Attention to detail, ability to interpret codes and standards, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders.
