Role Description

The Junior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mani Majra. The Junior Architect will assist in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and supporting detailed design documentation for a variety of project types. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with senior architects, participating in design reviews, and contributing to sustainable, context-responsive solutions. The role involves collaborating with consultants and project stakeholders, supporting basic project management tasks, and ensuring design deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. The Junior Architect will also help refine design details, update plans based on feedback, and maintain organized project records.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to contribute to concept development and detailed drawings.
• Basic understanding of Integration between architectural design, structural, and MEP services to support coordinated project documentation.
• Exposure to Software Development principles or related digital tools is a plus, particularly for design automation or BIM workflows.
• Competence in Project Management fundamentals, including time management, task tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools, along with familiarity with presentation and documentation software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; eligibility for professional registration is an advantage.
• Interest in sustainable design, green building practices, and local-context-driven architecture.
• Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic studio environment.
