Job summary

Anagha Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a creative and technically sound Architect / Architectural Designer to join our team for residential and other building projects.

You will develop architectural designs, building plans, 2D drafting, 3D modelling and site coordination, with hands-on exposure to AutoCAD and SketchUp. Freshers with strong AutoCAD and SketchUp are welcome. This role offers opportunities to contribute from concept through site execution, collaborate with engineers

Qualifications

• B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Drafting or relevant qualification.
• 03 years of experience in architecture, architectural design or drafting.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of SketchUp is mandatory/preferred.
• Knowledge of V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop or similar software will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural planning, elevations, sections and working drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs and building plans based on client requirements.
• Prepare 2D floor plans, elevations, sections and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D architectural models and design concepts using SketchUp.
• Prepare working drawings and construction details for site execution.
• Assist in site measurements, site visits and verification of existing conditions.
• Modify drawings and designs based on client requirements and site conditions.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants and project/site teams.
• Assist in material selection, design development and preparation of client presentations.
• Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, electrical, plumbing and interior works.
• Prepare design presentations, 3D views and other project documentation.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and completed within project timelines.
• Participate in projects from concept and planning through to site execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile
