Responsibilities

• Coordination of interior drawings with lighting, HVAC, fire, and electrical layouts.
• Supporting site teams with drawing clarifications when required.

We’re Hiring | Junior Architect – Interior Fit-Out & Hospitality Renovation Projects

We are looking to onboard a Junior Architect to support interior renovation and fit-out works for operational hotels.

This role is strongly execution-focused and involves preparing interior working drawings and detailed IFC packages based on approved concepts, mock-ups, and site conditions.

It is not a concept design or visualization role.

Role Scope

• Preparation of interior working drawings and Issued-For-Construction (IFC) sets
• Room-wise wall elevations, reflected ceiling plans, flooring and stone layout drawings
• Furniture, joinery, and millwork detailing
• Coordination of interior drawings with lighting, HVAC, fire, and electrical layouts
• Revising drawings based on site feedback, mock-ups, and execution constraints
• Supporting site teams with drawing clarifications when required

Ideal Candidate Profile

• B.Arch graduate
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
• 0–4 years of experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects
• Ability to produce accurate sections, details, and dimensioned drawings
• Comfortable working with live projects, tight timelines, and frequent revisions
• Prior exposure to hospitality or commercial interiors will be an advantage.
