Job summary

Simfy Infracon is seeking a Junior Architect / Interior Architect in Hyderabad to contribute to residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The role requires a B Arch and hands-on work with AutoCAD for drawings and detailing.

You will develop design concepts, space plans, and 2D/3D presentations, while coordinating with project teams and vendors to ensure accuracy and quality. A creative, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• B Arch is required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with 2D/3D drawings.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and interior drawings, plans, elevations and sections.

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture

• Develop design concepts, space plans and furniture layouts.
• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings and presentations.
• Assist with material selection, technical detailing and site coordination.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and project teams.
• Prepare shop drawings and as-built documentation.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape or V-Ray.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign.
• Good understanding of construction materials and interior detailing.
• Strong creativity, communication and attention to detail.
