The Design Frame in Ahmedabad is seeking a Junior Interior Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our design team. You will develop concepts, prepare drawings, and assist with site coordination and project docs to ensure quality and timely completion.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and Excel, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel for site visits. Bachelor's in Interior Design or related field is required.

Junior Interior Designer | 1–3 Years of Experience

The Design Frame is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our team in Ahmedabad.

We are seeking a creative professional who can confidently manage design development while also handling the practical aspects of site execution, coordination, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings, SketchUp models, and Enscape renders.
• Prepare estimates and BOQs using Excel.
• Use AI tools effectively to enhance design development, presentations, and workflows.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and external agencies.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution in accordance with approved designs and drawings.
• Follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure timely execution and resolve site-related issues.
• Assist with material selection, detailing, and coordination during project execution.
• Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation throughout each project.
• Support the team in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Excel.
• Comfortable using AI tools and willing to explore new design technologies.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, contractors, and agencies.
• Strong understanding of interior execution, detailing, and site coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A two-wheeler and willingness to travel for site visits are preferred.
