Job summary

WaterScience is seeking a Junior Analyst - MIS Reporting to ensure timely, accurate numbers across e-commerce, marketing, and supply chain. This on-site role in Bengaluru requires 1–2 years of experience and strong Excel/Sheets skills.

You’ll own daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, maintain a reporting calendar, and build dashboards for leadership reviews. Growth into a broader analytics role is planned as you sharpen data interpretation.

Role: Junior Analyst - MIS Reporting (Business & Operations)

Location: Mahadevapura, Whitefield, Bangalore

Work Mode: On-site • 6 days/week

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Type & Shift: Full-time • 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

What you'll do:

MIS Reporting & Analysis

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across functions e-commerce, marketing, and operations
• Maintain a reporting calendar and ensure zero misses on scheduled deliverables
• Build and update dashboards for leadership reviews and business performance tracking
• Consolidate data from multiple sources (Amazon, Shopify, internal sheets, ERPs) into clean, structured reports
• Ensure data accuracy, flag discrepancies, and maintain consistency across all reports
• Gradually automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround

E-commerce & Marketing

• Track key metrics — orders, revenue, returns, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS — on a regular basis
• Maintain channel-wise performance trackers across Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms

Supply Chain & Operations

• Track inventory levels, stock movement, and fill rates
• Support operations team with ad hoc data pulls and reports as needed

What you'll need:

• 1–2 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis (internships count!)
• Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets — pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas are a must
• High attention to detail — you catch errors before anyone else does
• Disciplined and process-oriented — you follow through without needing reminders
• Comfortable handling repetitive reporting tasks while also thinking about how to improve them
• Willing to work full-time, on-site from our Mahadevapura, Bengaluru office

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or any e-commerce platform
• Basic knowledge of supply chain or inventory tracking
• Familiarity with any dashboard or BI tool (SQL, Tableau)
