Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in Bengaluru is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support transformation, process mapping, and implementation of critical business applications, including LIMS, across Eurofins Food & Water Testing UK & Ireland. You will work with analysts, product owners, developers, and stakeholders to bridge business needs with technology solutions.

The role targets recent graduates and offers exposure to requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or from any engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand current business processes and support the design of future‑state solutions.
• Assist in documenting and analysing 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business processes, workflows, and user journeys.
• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders across different departments.
• Support the creation of functional specifications, business process documentation, process maps, and user requirements.
• Assist in identifying process gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Work with development and support teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and delivered effectively.
• Support system implementation activities, including configuration, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Assist in developing User Requirement Specifications (URS), test plans, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and solution validation activities.
• Support data mapping, migration, validation, and documentation activities where required.
• Facilitate and support workshops, meetings, training sessions, and demonstrations for business users.
• Monitor project actions, risks, issues, and deliverables to support successful project delivery.
• Assist with troubleshooting, issue triage, and resolution of production or system‑related issues.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

About the Role

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business transformation, process improvement, and the implementation of critical business applications across Eurofins Food & Water Testing UK & Ireland. Working closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and business stakeholders, you will help bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
