Job summary

SkilloVilla is seeking an MIS Analyst to turn raw sales data into clear narratives that help leadership move faster and smarter. The role sits in Bengaluru on-site, reporting to the sales analytics function and partnering with CRM/ERP teams.

You will design and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, build dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, perform funnel analyses, and present insights to senior leadership to guide revenue strategy.

• Build dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets) tracking revenue, lead funnel, conversion rates, agent productivity, and collections
• Analyse sales performance, funnel health, counsellor productivity, and channel ROI
• Build forecasting models and target-tracking tools to support sales planning
• Automate recurring reports to cut down manual effort
• Extract, clean, and validate data from CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, LeadSquared)
• Present insights and business reviews directly to senior leadership
• Act as the single source of truth for business data across teams

What you will do:

• Design, build, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for Sales and Business teams
• Build dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets) tracking revenue, lead funnel, conversion rates, agent productivity, and collections
• Analyse sales performance, funnel health, counsellor productivity, and channel ROI

Must have:

• 3–6 years as an MIS Analyst, Business Analyst, or Sales Analyst handling team.
• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros)
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase
• Deep understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and revenue KPIs
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, HubSpot, or Zoho)
• Strong communication, ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders

Good to have:

• Prior EdTech experience, especially with inside sales or counsellor‑led teams
• Exposure to dialer/telephony data (Ozonetel, Exotel, Knowlarity, Ameyo)
• Experience designing and tracking sales incentive structures
• Knowledge of cohort analysis, LTV/CAC, and funnel attribution
