You will support day-to-day transactions, invoicing, GST returns, bank reconciliations, and MIS reports, working with senior accountants to ensure accurate records. This entry-level position is ideal for Commerce graduates seeking hands-on experience and a path to professional growth.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with interest in accounting and finance.
• Basic understanding of Indian taxation and compliance.

• Familiarity with Zoho Books will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting transactions in Zoho Books.
• Support bank entries, voucher posting, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare sales invoices, proforma invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Assist in the preparation of GST returns (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B) and related documentation.
• Support the preparation of TDS working sheets and maintain proper records.
• Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, expense statements, and financial summaries.
• Reconcile collection reports with bank statements to ensure accurate recording of receipts.
• Coordinate with senior accountants, auditors, and other departments for required accounting information.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting and tax-related records.
