Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh B.Com graduates who are passionate about accounting and eager to build a career in cloud business applications, ERP implementation, and accounting outsourcing.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities and providing accounting BPO services to our clients. The role involves working with Zoho applications , assisting in implementation projects, configuring business processes, and supporting clients in their day-to-day operations. Depending on project requirements, the candidate may also be required to work with other ERP, accounting, and business applications in addition to Zoho.

The candidate will assist in migrating data from legacy accounting and business applications to modern cloud platforms, ensuring data accuracy, validating migrated records, and supporting clients throughout the implementation process. Responsibilities also include maintaining books of accounts, preparing and filing GST returns, performing account reconciliations, generating financial reports, and assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting, excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and good communication abilities to interact with clients and internal teams. A willingness to learn new technologies, adapt to different business applications, and continuously enhance technical knowledge is essential. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting, ERP implementation, cloud applications, business process automation, and client consulting.

Requirements
