We are looking for a Junior Accountant for our growing team in India.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate General Ledger records by posting journal entries and performing periodic reconciliations.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including accruals and adjustments.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and variance analysis for management review.
• Work on SAP S/4HANA for day‑to‑day accounting transactions and assist in issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks (SOX).
• Assist in audits and continuous process improvements through proper documentation and cross‑team collaboration.

Your Experience and Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in end‑to‑end accounting.
• Strong understanding of AP, AR, GL, and month‑end close processes.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Good communication skills for cross‑functional stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in tax compliance (GST, VAT, withholding tax).
• Exposure to global stakeholder management.
