Peoplefy Infosolutions is seeking a data master-data specialist to manage end-to-end master data requests, ensuring intake, validation, enrichment, SAP posting and closure in line with SOPs and SLAs. You will create, change, extend, block and archive master data across vendors, customers, materials, BOMs, routing, pricing and finance, with approvals and controls, while maintaining auditable evidence.

• Experience with master-data management and data quality checks.
• Familiarity with SAP and ERP data processes.
• Knowledge of GDPR/data privacy requirements is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process master-data requests end to end, including intake, completeness checks, validation, enrichment, approval verification, SAP posting and closure, in line with SOPs and agreed SLAs.
• Create, change, extend, block and archive assigned vendor, customer, material, BOM, routing, pricing and finance master data using approved workflows and authorization controls.
• Verify mandatory fields, supporting documents, naming conventions, duplicate checks and business approvals; return incomplete or non-compliant requests with clear guidance.
• Perform routine data-quality checks, resolve assigned defects and support root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain auditable evidence, request records, checklists and process documentation in accordance with GDPR, segregation-of-duties and internal-control requirements.
• Respond professionally to requestors, plants and process owners; track open items, meet turnaround commitments and escalat risks or exceptions promptly.
• Participate in testing, hypercare, knowledge transfer, cross-training and continuous-improvement or automation initiatives within the SSC.
• Contribute to team KPIs, backlog control and European business-hour coverage, including peak-period support when required.
