Job summary

SPX FLOW, INC. is seeking a Master Data Analyst to join the Global Data Analytics and Data Governance Team.

The role focuses on maintaining high-quality global master data, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance, and driving process improvements across customer and vendor data. Responsibilities include reviewing data requests, processing through Profisee into SAP, performing data cleansing and de-duplication, and supporting business with analysis and extractions.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP Master Data (Customer, Vendor is essential and material masterdata experience would be a plus).
• Good in Data Analysis - Data Cleansing/ Data Enrichment/ De-Duplication/ Inactivity analysis.
• Mass uploads or Bulk data uploads using custom programs or SAP standard transactions.
• Extensive MS Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate master data requests for supporting documentation, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
• Review master data raised in Profisee and process into SAP.
• Review data quality, process mass loading and data cleansing (customer, vendor, material, pricing, etc.).
• Support business with master data analysis, changes, and extractions.
• Communicate with business end users on any proposed master data changes.
• Identify root causes of problems and effectively document all solutions.
• Properly document all master data processes and changes.
• Maintain shared inbox and support team members when necessary.
• Assist master data leadership team with ad-hoc projects to improve overall master data.
