Formación

• 1 year of experience in telesales / CRM.
• Technical or science degree as listed.
• Freshers with good Hindi communication welcome; willingness to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Make cold calls to prospects and close business calls.
• Generate new leads.
• Build trust and clarity about products and services on calls.
• Coordinate with teams and provide accurate responses to queries.
• Track and close sales prospects who show buying interest.
• Coordinate with assembly for virtual display of machines.
• Communicate promptly with prospects and provide details as requested.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated andenthusiastic Sales coordinator to join our team. This role is suitable forfreshers who are interested in Telesales, customer communication, and businessdevelopment. The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating withcustomers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services,and generating sales opportunities.

• Makecold calls to all prospects received through digital marketing / & othersocial media leads & close the business calls effectively.
• Generatenew leads.
• Buildtrust and clarity about the products + services of AMML on customer/client'scall.
• Coordinatewith appropriate teams + ensure the customers/prospects calls are supportedwith right answers for all the queries.
• Track& close sales prospects who have shown interest in buying our products.
• Coordinatewith assembly for virtual display of machines performance in running condition.
• Communicateeffectively, without any delay on the details requested by the prospects.

Requirements

• Anytechnical / science degree [DME / DEEE / BE / BTech / BSc (Phy. / Chem)].
• Min1 year of experience in Telesales / CRM.
• Willingto relocate to Coimbatore (Accommodation will be available for outstationcandidates).
• Fresherswith good communication skills in HINDI, & keen interest to learn are alsowelcome.
