Job Title: L&D Trainer – Simulation & Triage | Autonomous Mobility
Department: Learning and Development (L&D)
Domain/Business Unit: Autonomous Mobility
Location: Pune,Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time
Role Overview
The L&D Trainer – Simulation & Triage will deliver advanced technical training across simulation validation, behavioral triage, and safety workflows in autonomous vehicle projects. This role ensures high-quality enablement on simulation-based scenario creation, LiDAR data review, GenAI-integrated triage, and safety validation — driving operational readiness and technical depth across teams working on AV systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Delivery of Simulation Training
- Deliver hands‑on sessions on AV simulation workflows, including behavior modules (prediction, planning, perception).
- Conduct training on simulation-based scenario generation, event injection, and behavioral validations.
- Facilitate triage of simulation outputs (video, logs) to assess disengagements and validate system responses.
- Lead focused workshops on LiDAR triage, edge‑case analysis, and failure detection.
- Guide interpretation of simulation results and reports to extract behavior anomalies.
- Align training delivery with QA/Engineering workflows for safety validation and scenario testing.
- Coach teams on identifying and reporting safety‑critical failure modes across simulation data.
3. GenAI Enablement
- Leverage GenAI tools for automating triage tagging, generating synthetic scenarios, and log summarization.
- Enable learners to use AI‑assisted platforms to improve triage speed and consistency.
- Design assessments to evaluate learner grasp on scenario creation and simulation analysis.
- Provide on‑floor/live query support and offer targeted coaching based on performance trends.
- Collect feedback and iterate on content for improved delivery effectiveness.
5. Continuous Learning & Stakeholder Alignment
- Stay updated with industry‑standard AV testing practices, tools, and technologies.
- Engage with delivery leads, QA teams, and SMEs for feedback loops and training evolution.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a relevant technical discipline.
Certifications:
Preferred: Instructional Design, Train the Trainer, AV Testing tools certification, or relevant simulation platform credentials.
