Job summary

Glidewell Dental is seeking a Pega developer to monitor extractors and PDC in daily production, troubleshoot using Tracer, Clipboard, and logs, and assist in investigating issues under supervision.

You will perform unit testing, fix defects, support regression testing, and help configure Pega applications including case types and flows while following guardrails and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Willingness to learn and work on the Pega platform.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BIX extractors and PDC as part of daily production Monitoring.
• Use Pega tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, and logs to troubleshoot issues.
• Assist in investigating application issues under supervision.
• Perform unit testing for assigned development tasks.
• Fix low to medium complexity defects during QA and UAT cycles.
• Support regression testing activities.
• Assist in developing and configuring Pega applications including case types, stages, steps, and flows.
• Configure decision tables, decision trees, validations, and when rules.
• Follow Pega guardrails and organizational standards.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and team meetings.
• Continuously enhance skills through training and certifications.
• Participate in peer reviews and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Document configuration changes and technical details.
