Job summary

Glidewell Dental Laboratories in Mumbai seeks a Pega-focused software professional to monitor extractors, troubleshoot, and support development tasks across QA and UAT cycles.

You will configure Pega applications, create decision tables and rules, participate in sprint ceremonies, and pursue ongoing training to keep skills up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of object-oriented technology and reusable component-based applications using Java.
• Knowledge of integrations and agents.

Responsibilities

• Monitors BIX extractors and PDC as part of daily production monitoring.
• Uses Pega tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, and logs to troubleshoot issues.
• Assists in investigating application issues under supervision.
• Performs unit testing for assigned development tasks.
• Resolves low to medium complexity defects during QA and UAT cycles.
• Supports regression testing activities.
• Assists in developing and configuring Pega applications including case types, stages, steps, and flows.
• Configures decision tables, decision trees, validations, and when rules.
• Follows Pega guardrails and organizational standards.
• Participates in sprint ceremonies and team meetings.
• Continuously enhances skills through training and certifications.
• Participates in peer reviews and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Documents configuration changes and technical details.
• Performs other related duties and project work as needed by management.
