Responsibilities

Department: Maintenance / Operations / Projects

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Electrical Engineer/Plant Head

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and control systems.
• Diagnose electrical faults and perform corrective maintenance.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Install and troubleshoot motors, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and control panels.
• Test electrical systems using appropriate measuring instruments.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform timely repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to support operations.
• Assist in equipment upgrades, modifications, and commissioning activities.
