Job summary

Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group) in Haryana seeks an Electrical Maintenance professional to manage routine and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, panels and machines. You will troubleshoot motors, drives, PLCs and control panels to minimize downtime and restore services swiftly.

Also responsible for energy management, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with production teams and vendors for spares and AMC, with hands-on work on PLCs/SCADA systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in routine and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting motors, drives (VFDs), PLCs and control panels.
• Ability to ensure minimum downtime and quick restoration of services.
• Knowledge of HT/LT systems, DG sets, transformers, breakers and earthing.
• Hands-on with PLCs, SCADA and automation systems is desirable.

• Handle routine and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, panels, and machines.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain records for preventive maintenance, statutory inspections, and calibration.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms, audits, and certifications.

Energy Management

• Monitor and optimize power consumption.
• Conduct regular energy audits and identify areas of improvement.

Team Coordination & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with production, utilities, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Manage vendor AMC, spares inventory, and procurement coordination.

Equipment Handling

• Experience in handling HT/LT systems, DG sets, transformers, breakers, earthing systems, etc.
• Hands-on experience in PLCs, SCADA, and automation systems is desirable
