Job summary

Shahi in Bengaluru is seeking a Junior Executive - Design Development (Knits Division) with a fashion design degree. Based in Arekere, Bengaluru, the role focuses on trend analysis, line development, and creating design specifications to drive knitwear collections.

The candidate should be prepared to work under pressure, interpret consumer buying patterns, and present compelling product stories using Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw and Office tools to the apparel team.

Qualifications

• Trend analysis of colours, fabrics, styles, prints, graphics and trim details.
• Interpreting the buying behaviour of consumer groups through regular sales analysis and tracking slow and fast-moving stocks.
• Strong comprehension of line development, cost sheets and design specifications.
• Proficiency in CAD tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw and other design software.

• Confirming goods shipment delivery dates based on the product quantity & type.
