Job summary

EyeCatch Architects in Hyderabad invites an Architect with 2–6 years of experience to join our design-led practice. You will develop concepts, layouts, and presentations, and prepare working drawings and construction documentation.

You will coordinate with clients and consultants, monitor site progress, review materials, ensure compliance with regulations, mentor junior staff, and contribute to project meetings and design reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design.
• Experience in residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and corporate interior projects is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design, planning, technical drawings, and completed projects is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.
• Prepare schematic designs, detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design execution as per approved drawings.
• Review and finalize material selections, specifications, and BOQs.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Resolve design and execution issues during project implementation.
• Mentor Junior Architects and support the design team.
• Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and quality standards.
• Participate in client meetings and project presentations.
