Job summary

Tekskills in India is hiring for an RTCDP specialist to design and implement customer data platforms using Adobe Experience Cloud. You will work hands-on with XDM, AJO, CJA, AEP, and APIs to enable segmentation and personalization at scale.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on RTCDP experience, strong problem-solving, and ability to collaborate across teams to govern data and ensure privacy compliance. This is a WFO role based PAN INDIA, with immediate joiners encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on implementing and/or managing RTCDP in production environments.
• Experience with customer data platforms and modern data infrastructure.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RTCDP solutions within Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate across teams to enable segmentation, reporting, and personalization.
• Ensure data governance and privacy compliance in all implementations.
• Hands-on implementation of RTCDP features (XDM, AJO, CJA).

XDM, AJO, CJA, Adobe Cloud and AEP, HTML, Java Script, XML, REST

skills and responsibilities required for RTCDP roles

Experience with APIs

Understanding of customer data platforms and modern data infrastructure

Knowledge of technology trends for marketing automation, digital asset management, and more

Ability to identify and write queries for segmentation, reporting, and analysis

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Strong Handson implementation in RTCDP

Expertise on XDM, AJO & CJA

Understanding of Event based Architecture

Thorough knowledge of Offer Decisioning in RTCDP

Deep experience with Adobe Experience Platform, customer data models, and data governance.

Strong skills in integrating data for segmentation and personalization, and familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations

Required Experience

3+ years experience hands-on implementing and/or managing daily operations with three or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solutions in addition to Experience Platform (AEP)
