Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a skilled RTCDP professional to drive implementation and daily operations on PAN INDIA with WFO. You will work across Adobe Experience Cloud, XDM, AEP, and related tools to enable segmentation and personalized experiences.

The role requires 3+ years hands-on experience with RTCDP, APIs, and data governance. Strong problem-solving skills and collaboration across teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with RTCDP implementations and daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and XDM data models.
• Experience with AJO and CJA within the platform.
• Proficiency in HTML, Java Script, XML and REST for integration.
• Understanding of data governance and privacy considerations in marketing tech.

Responsibilities

• Implement RTCDP solutions end-to-end and optimize workflows.
• Integrate data from multiple sources for segmentation and personalization.
• Develop queries for segmentation, reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate on APIs and data models for campaigns and journeys.
• Ensure privacy compliance and align with data governance standards.

Experience with APIs

Understanding of customer data platforms and modern data infrastructure

Knowledge of technology trends for marketing automation, digital asset management, and more

Ability to identify and write queries for segmentation, reporting, and analysis

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Strong Handson implementation in RTCDP

Expertise on XDM, AJO & CJA

Understanding of Event based Architecture

Thorough knowledge of Offer Decisioning in RTCDP

Deep experience with Adobe Experience Platform, customer data models, and data governance.

Strong skills in integrating data for segmentation and personalization, and familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations

Required Experience

3+ years experience hands-on implementing and/or managing daily operations with three or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solutions in addition to Experience Platform (AEP)
