Niyukti Systems, Inc is seeking a Post-Sales Manager for the life insurance division in Ludhiana. Salary is 4 lac plus reimbursements and incentives.

We require 3–14 years in sales across finance, banks, consumer durables, telecom, or MDRT-level advisors, with a track record of loyalty to employers. The role focuses on identifying and recruiting insurance advisors, building a high-performing team, setting targets, and ensuring consistent sales performance.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or Graduate with strong sales experience.
• 3–14 years of sales experience in finance companies, banks, consumer durables, telecom or MDRT-level advisors.
• Must have stayed with a company for at least 1.5 years through career.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential insurance advisors and recruit them per management plan.
• Aim to build a highly productive advisor team.
• Set targets for advisors.

• Facilitate training, monitor development, and provide feedback on advisor performance.

The Key Responsibilities Of The Incumbent

• To identify potential insurance advisors and recruit them in accordance with the managements business plan.
• To aim, to have a team of highly productive advisors.
• To set targets for advisors.
• To meet expected sales target consistently.
• To facilitate training, monitor on the development, and give the feedback on the performance of the advisors.
• To review performance of the advisors regularly.
• To maintain daily activity and recruitment tracker.

Desired Profile

• MBA in Marketing / Graduate - Any Stream.
• Good academic record.
• At least 3 10 years of Sales Experience in Finance companies / Banks/ Consumer Durables/Telecom Sector/ Top Advisors/Members of MDRT. Must have stick to a company for at least one n half yrs all thru career.
• Fairly good command over English as well as local language.
• Should be presentable.
• Aggressive nature with an aptitude for sales.
• Constant, positive mental energy.
• Ability to motivate people and lead a team
• Good networking skills to generate leads and recruit influential advisors
• The candidate should be local or should have worked in the specific location for a minimum of 4 7 yr
